Prana Fund Limited is incorporated in the British Virgin Islands while Prana US L.P. is a Delaware formed partnership, a structure designed to accommodate US taxable investors.

Prior to April 2010, the investment management of the fund was undertaken by Prana Capital LLP, a UK incorporated partnership based in London. In early 2010 the investment management team relocated to the Republic of Singapore in order to facilitate greater exposure to the Asian region.

Prana Capital LLP will continue to provide the fund with risk management and marketing services.

Prana Capital Singapore Pte Ltd is the investment manager to Prana Master Fund Limited, a British Virgin Islands incorporated hedge fund.

Prana Master Fund Limited (formerly called Prana Limited) has an historic track record that dates from 1st January 2005. In March 2010, Prana Limited was re-organised into a master/feeder structure.

Prana Limited's name was changed to Prana Master Fund Limited while two feeder funds, Prana Fund Limited and Prana US L.P., were created that invest into Prana Master Fund Limited.
